GoWealthPro takes great care to protect personal information about you (the user) and your clients, and when we use it, we do so with respect for your privacy. We may use personal information about you or your clients to service and maintain your user account; respond to inquiries from you; or to fulfill legal and regulatory requirements. GoWealthPro may collect public and non-public personal information from the use of our technology and your interactions with our staff.

Additionally, we may share your information with financial services companies who offer our technology services under their brand name for their prospects and clients. For example, such companies may offer our Personal Financial Index® (PFI) software or Social Security Checkup™ software under their brand and you use that particular branded product. Obviously, no one is above the law. As a result, we may share your information with government agencies, other regulatory bodies and law enforcement officials if required by law. Online Privacy
In addition to controls and safeguards mentioned above, GoWealthPro has put in place the following online process to protect your information. We use encryption techniques and authentication procedures, among others, to secure your online session and exchange of information with GoWealthPro systems and to protect it from unauthorized access. We may also place cookies and similar files on your hard drive for purposes such as security, collect your browser type and computer information (non personal information) to provide seamless navigation, and to personalize your experience on our site. Keeping personal information up to date is very important for user experience. GoWealthPro requires users to maintain their own information. Whether you sign up for GoWealthPro services on your own or an account is setup for you, you are allowed to choose a password. A user can login with a user id (typically email address) and a password. All the information entered by a user travels back and forth with 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption used by banks. This technology is provided by a leading independent provider of internet communication security technology. It can be verified by the seal provided by this vendor. All the data is stored in a secured database at two remote data center locations within the US. Both data centers have a high level of physical and electronic security. GoWealthPro's technical staff also has a limited access to this data based on our access appropriate to role policy. GoWealthPro is committed to security of your information and periodically reviews the information security controls to prevent your information from being stolen, lost, accessed, copied, used or modified without permission.
You have the right to access the information that we collect about you. You may request at any time that you be given access to view the information, and recommend to us any corrections that should be made. After receiving a request, and subject to any applicable laws preventing GoWealthPro from providing access to you, we will contact you within five (5) business days to arrange a date and method for providing you with the access you have requested. In most cases we will be able to provide you with this information by email or telephone if we can verify your identity.
If you believe that there is an error in the information we have on file about you, you can request, in writing, that our Privacy Officer review and correct the information as necessary. When you file your submission you should include a copy of the updated, correct information. The Privacy Officer will verify the authenticity of the submitted documents, as well as their validity for our purposes prior to updating our records.
